Barbara Nardella

I am a Communication Design graduate (MSc) from Politecnico di Milano. I currently work as a Senior Graphic Designer at YAM112003, a Milan-based digital agency. I am involved in both offline and online projects, designing assets such as books, static visuals, and short-form motion content for digital and social media. I am contributing to clients’ stories through creative solutions for strategies, editorial plans, and events.

During my professional experience, I have developed solid design skills while supporting design leads, overseeing projects, and coordinating coworkers and clients. My work has covered every stage of the design process, from ideation to production, especially printed outputs. Print is what I consider my “home”. It is where I developed most of my skills. At the same time, I am interested in the versatile nature of graphic design. Over the years, I have worked on brand and visual identity projects, multi-channel campaigns, packaging, and data visualization. I approach each challenge with precision and passion, always bringing care and attention to detail, particularly in the choice of materials and content, while seeking engaging and effective solutions tailored to clients’ needs.

I am passionate about reading and cinema. I enjoy capturing emotions and memories through simple illustrations or photography, and I recently discovered a strong interest in DIY activities.
